How do I place an order? 

Simply select your style on the product page, then click the "Add to Cart" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. 

We will prepare your order and let you know when it ships!

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders from our store are usually shipped within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, shipping takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

My tracking number doesn't work.

It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier's system. Occasionally, a carrier may lose an order. If the tracking number is still invalid within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I need help with a late order.

Orders from our store are usually shipped within 3 to 7 business days. For international orders, shipping takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 7 working days (domestic) and 14 working days (international), please contact us for prompt support.
