I hope everyone is safe and healthy during these trying times. New York City has for the most part reopened so we are back in our normal office. That being said, we are still operating with limited hours, as are all of the local FedEx Shipping Centers around us. All watches should be shipped within 48-72 hours after payment is confirmed (with a few exceptions). For the safety of all employees, and their families, we are not allowing any visitors into the office whether by appointment or walk-ins.

Our timepieces are guaranteed authentic.

Each one of our timepieces go through a vigorous multipoint inspection and are carefully serviced and detailed (if needed) with only authentic original parts. All photos used in our listings are taken in-house.

We are also happy to accept trade ins towards your purchase or offer you a cash value for your timepiece.

SHIPPING

We cannot ship out watches on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. No exceptions.

WARRANTY

All of our watches are backed by a 1 Year Limited Warranty on the movement of the watch. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, minor cosmetic damage to your watch. Any damage caused by negligence or mishandling of the timepiece is not covered including water damage.
